EMA issues travel warning

Morgan County Emergency Management Agency Director Jeffery L. Neal has issued a Caution Level for Morgan County with the State of Indiana. This means: A condition may/has developed that limits or hinders travel or activities in isolated areas. No travel restrictions have been issued at this time, but citizens should be alert of changing conditions.
