Campbell says they hope to recommence flights when the economic conditions improve.
Air Pacific CEO John Campbell says the economic downturn has resulted in poor demand and increasing losses.
He says regretfully the flights did not have the opportunity to develop a viable base from it’s launch in early December last year.
The flight suspension will mean that customers currently booked on flights between the Gold Coast and Fiji will be re-accommodated to Air Pacific’s daily flights to Brisbane.
