South Korea's Jin Air to launch flights to China from Oct

Air Korea, will launch its international flights from October, with China and Thailand as its first destinations, sources reported.

No details on the cities of its international routes have been disclosed yet.

Jin Air was set up by Korean Air in 2008 as its budget affiliate and is currently operating three aircraft. The carrier this year plans to expand its fleet to five Boeing 737-800 airplanes, as its network expands.

Currently, three foreign budget airlines, namely Malaysia-based AirAsia, Tiger Airways from Singapore and Cebu Pacific from the Philippines, have operations in China.
