New flights to Minneapolis and San Francisco

JetBlue Airways will restart its flights between Boston and San Francisco, according to a press release from the San Francisco International Airport. The announcement comes seven months after Forrest Hills, N.Y.-based Jet Blue cut the route as part of a reduction in long-haul flights between Boston and California destinations.

Air travelers departing from Boston Logan International Airport will soon have new flights to Minneapolis and San Francisco.

Meanwhile, Sun Country Airlines, a St. Paul air carrier, said it will begin summer service between Boston and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
