Spirit Airlines announced a sale Wednesday that includes $9 flights from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale, but there are only four days you can fly and you must be a member of a special Spirit club.
The $9 flights from Atlanta are on Sept. 19, 22, 23 and 30. Flights from Ft. Lauderdale to Atlanta that are $9 are on Sept. 16, 22, 23 and 30. Only members of the Spirit Airlines $9 Fare Club qualify for the low fares. Club membership costs $39 a year.
Non-club members can book the same Atlanta-Ft. Lauderdale flights on Sept. 19, 22, 23 and 29 for $29. All the fares are based on round-trip purchases.
Flights must be booked by 11:59 p.m. on August 13.
The $9 flights are part of a campaign Spirit dubbed the "We're No Virgin; We've Been Cheap and Easy For Years" sale.
