flights for $30 only

Tiger Airways is offering tickets for flights across Australia for just $30.

The $30 offer for travel throughout the month of May started on Friday and ends tomorrow or when all the tickets are sold out, the airline said in a media statement.

Tiger Airways managing director Shelley Roberts said the promotion would provide a welcome boost to the Australian tourism industry and will give travellers an opportunity for an affordable, short break.

“For just $30 including the taxes and charges – Australians can now choose to fly on any of Tiger Airways’ current 16 domestic routes and catch up with friends, family or take a much needed break with a loved one. This is likely to be one of our most popular promotions so far and these seats are sure sell out very fast, especially on our longer routes, so customers should book early to avoid disappointment.”

Tiger Airways recently opened a new base in Adelaide with flights to six destinations and announced new services between Melbourne (Tullamarine) and Sydney (Kingsford Smith) which commence on July 3.
